Vendor Rules
• Limited to one 10×10 canopy or Pre-approved trailer or tent – Space at $150.- Donation
• Vendors are limited to prize sponsors, donors, and official 1st Annual Charity Ride & Car Show partner organizations.
• All tables, chairs, and canopies must be provided & setup before 9 AM event day, and broken down and removed event day by 7 pm by the vendor.
• Vendors may only sell tangible products or provide information on services they provide.
• Vendors cannot sell raffle tickets, or like items, for other fundraisers or charities.
• Vendor booths must be set up by 9:00 am and removed by 7:00 pm
Vendor Benefits
• Listed on 1st Annual Charity Ride & Car Show website – Vendor Page – vendor must provide a square .jpg or .png logo image (600x600px min.) and a link to the correct website.
• Listed on social media upon confirmation of acceptance to Vendor Row
• Listed in pre-event Vendor email in September
All sponsors and donors may include a card or ad info in the swag bags given to all participants as long as those are submitted on or before September 15, 2018.
